Bakery - we work with 5 bakeries who deliver daily - oUR BASICS include : 100% Rye, gluten, Sour Dough, Seeded light Rye, Karaway, Pain D'Alsace, Wholemeal Tin Organic, White Square Organic free, Sunflower Rye Organic, baguette.

Beauty and personal care - we hold extensive ranges from Ren, NEOM, Sukin,Amoiur Natural, Lavera, Dr Bronner, Faith in Nature, Jason, Olive Oil Soaps and Antibacterial hand wash,Nair, Organyc, Palmers.

Charcuterie, Cured & Smoked-  Bacons and meats, Italian, Spanish and British from Canon and Canon. Smoked salmons, mackerel, kippers and haddock.

Cheese and Dairy - extensive ranges of non- dairy and dairy over 200 cheeses and yogurts in the range and all the usual everyday.

Chilled - From fresh La Tua pasta, humus, pizza and pesto's, everything you want to find in your fridge.

Every day - all your everyday items tins and pastas and sauces, honey and jams, nuts and dried fruits, grains, pulses and rice, oils, biscuits, cakes, crisps, popcorn, teas and fresh coffee.

Fish - fresh from Cornwall to London. Best Sellers include Cod, haddock, monk fish, salmon, tuna.

Fruit and Veg - mostly organic and some  conventional, but everything good!

Gift and Wrap - We have gift wrap and cards. If someones having a birthday we can pick a card and paper for you.

Health Care - Vitamins and minerals supplements and natural remedies Solgar and many other brands as well as things like paracetamol.

Household - Extensive range of cleaning products and bakery with brands like Ecover.

Meat - delivered twice a week fresh from 3 farms, organic beef and free ranges in all other cuts. Favourites include:

•  free range chicken breast in pairs, thighs and wings, whole chicken,

•  pork belly, pork mince, pork chops, all bacons all free  range, sausages 

•  beef Sirloin/ Rump steak and Minute steak, mince all organic

•  lamb chops free range.

We are also able to order in special cuts on request.

Wine, Beers and Spirits - we hold over 400 different organic, natural and vegan wines and around the same number beers and spirits. If you're not sure of what you'd like one of highly experienced staff who all hold their WSET 1 to 3 will be happy to pick something out. Just let them know on your order a rough budget in your shopping list. We hope to have our favourite wines listed by next week on the site.
